1. PhoNo and its provider
These terms apply to the PhoNo iOS app and this website. PhoNo is a focus tool in which completed sessions contribute to a virtual world’s restoration. It is provided by Gleb Suchkov Kalmykov, an individual established in Spain and trading as PhoNo. The domain name phonoinc.co does not imply an incorporated company.
For questions or business identification details, email support@nomoinc.co, the shared developer support inbox. Using PhoNo means accepting these terms alongside the applicable App Store terms.
2. Your licence and eligibility
PhoNo uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Its licensing provisions apply to your use of the app. This page describes additional service and purchase information and does not reduce your rights under Apple’s EULA or applicable law.
PhoNo is a general-audience focus and restoration app. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and our Privacy Policy and permit and supervise your use. Any parental authorization required by applicable privacy law must also be satisfied. The App Store age rating describes content suitability; it does not replace these requirements.
PhoNo and its original content belong to the developer. Third-party art, software, and other assets remain subject to their respective licences. Do not resell the app or extract and redistribute licensed assets without permission.
3. Free use and restoration
The focus timer, Screen Time permission and in-session blocking, browsing, and Journal are free. Fernwood and Cloverfields are available from the start. Fully restoring a region opens the next free region; all six can be earned through restoration.
Completed sessions add restoration time to the selected project up to its remaining need. Ending early adds no restoration progress. “Just focus” sessions do not restore a project. Progress, regions, and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. PhoNo does not promise a particular real-world productivity outcome.
4. Complete World purchases
Complete World is an optional one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. It opens every region immediately, subject to local project prerequisites. It does not add focus minutes, complete restoration projects, or create a subscription.
Apple displays your exact price, currency, applicable taxes, and purchase terms before you confirm. That purchase sheet controls if other material differs. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your card details. RevenueCat helps verify and restore your access.
You can restore an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account through Settings → Complete World → Restore purchases in PhoNo. Restore does not charge again. Your App Store purchase account and your PhoNo world account serve different purposes; restoring a purchase does not by itself restore device-only progress.
A refunded or revoked purchase may remove paid access to unearned regions. Earned access and existing restoration progress are retained, and projects already started remain finishable under the current app rules. The purchase covers the existing Complete World content while PhoNo continues to provide the app; it is not a promise of every possible future product or service.
For refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. Your statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Accounts, saving, and deletion
A named account is optional. PhoNo may create a pseudonymous online guest account and save that world. You can connect with Apple when you choose. Keep control of your sign-in credentials and use the app’s world saving status to confirm that your progress has reached the cloud.
Device-only progress may be lost when an app is removed or a device is lost or reset. An unlinked guest account can be difficult to recover. Contact support before clearing data if you need help moving your world.
You can delete a guest or connected account from the account area in Settings. Deletion permanently removes the associated account and world data once confirmed. It does not issue an App Store refund or erase records Apple must retain. See the privacy policy for deletion details.
6. App blocking and permissions
You choose whether to authorize Screen Time access and what to block. You remain responsible for your choices and can revoke permission in iOS Settings. Blocking relies on Apple’s frameworks and can be affected by permission changes, iOS behaviour, and technical problems.
PhoNo is a focus aid, not a safety or emergency service. Do not rely on it to guarantee that a distraction is blocked or that a particular communication will be delivered. Our support page provides steps for releasing a shield that remains after a session.
7. Responsible use and availability
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to access accounts or data without authorization, defraud the purchase system, or use PhoNo unlawfully. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law gives you.
We work to keep PhoNo available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be improved or changed. PhoNo is not medical care or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or applicable mandatory consumer guarantees. We do not limit rights to remedies that the law gives you for digital products.
8. Apple’s role
These service terms are between you and the PhoNo provider. Apple is not responsible for providing PhoNo support. The rules for app licensing, warranties, and claims are set out in Apple’s Standard EULA.
For app help, use PhoNo support. For App Store billing or a refund, contact Apple.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will communicate material changes through the app or release information where appropriate. The date above identifies the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or the right to use competent courts where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
Contact support@nomoinc.co about these terms, or privacy@nomoinc.co about personal data.
